Meditation is a heritage of humanity that has nothing to do with certain groups, sects or religious tendencies. It has always been practiced and is the main resource of personal evolution; it is the tool we have to raise our mental vibration.

During our history, we have encountered many people who are afraid of meditation, to the point of prohibiting it; a matter as absurd as prohibiting thinking. Meditation is key to our evolution and is strong and compatible with every human being. In fact, in all the sacred books of the world meditation is recommended as the major pillar of the spiritual process, only that many times it is called by different names: contemplation, prayer, prayer, etc.. But, if we detail its characteristics, we observe that it is always advocated to "close your eyes and look inside".

However, meditation does modify our personality, since it strengthens the positive qualities we possess and awakens properties and faculties that were dormant.

Meditation makes us agile, awake, conscious, powerful, confident, connected with our inner self; it makes us creative, logical, intelligent and develops our memory.

All this makes the personality more authentic, that each one develops his own charisma, his spiritual originality. Meditation makes each one develop his own mastery and can continue the loving plan of evolution. Meditation discards the learned things and leaves for itself the authentic ones, strengthens the character, drives away fear and laziness.

With meditation we can correct defects and awaken our natural faculties.
